Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To protect my time and the time of other clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may require a new deposit to rebook. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee and will require a deposit before booking another appointment.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. I allow a 15 minute grace period, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled depending on what we have time for. If you are significantly late, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation and a new deposit may be required to rebook.

Deposits and booking fees are used to hold your appointment time and may be non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled late, or missed.
